Prior to joining the inbound travel industry in 1995, Stephanie held a variety of hotel based positions including food and beverage, front office and sales. Her first inbound role was in the area of large international association conferences visiting Australia. Her duties involved arranging transport, touring and on-site hospitality for groups of attendees and accompanying persons frequently exceeding two thousand in number.
In late 1998, Stephanie moved into the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, working with Heather Coplestone. In this role she successfully represented the company at overseas and local tradeshows and, actively worked on both Australian and New Zealand incentive programs.
General Manger with Destination Pacific Australia and New Zealand at its foundation, her background in hospitality together with her more recent experience in sales, marketing and incentive program operations provide the ogransation with a valuable resource. In addition, her well-developed management and communication skills ensure relationships between clients and industry partners are established and maintained in ways such as to guarantee positive outcomes.
