Heather, from the outset, has been involved with the inbound sector of tourism throughout the South Pacific. Heather's high repute with in the industry is second to none. This was clearly demonstrated in 1991, when she received a national award for outstanding service and contribution to Australian Inbound Tourism.

There are two major characteristics that can be identified in the Company. One is the reputation for the highest possible standards of professional performance and the other is the quality of its people. One person who has indelibly stamped the Company, and indeed the industry, with the mark of her standard, is Heather. She has been uncompromising in her wish to do the upmost for the Company's clients and is a superb Ambassador for Australia. The pre-eminence of the Company today is largely due to her efforts.

Heather plays an active leadership role in daily marketing, brainstorming sessions, and is generally present at pre-cons and on-site program operations. Her passion, wisdom, loyalty and enthusiasm provide the essential foundation upon which the professionalism and expertise of the organization has been built.
